Return & Cancellation Policy

Power Boats and Tenders LLC (“PB&T”) sells new inflatable boats and marine equipment, many of which are custom-configured at the time of purchase.

Boat Sales

All boat sales are considered final once a purchase agreement is executed.

  • Boats are often custom-ordered, rigged, or configured to customer specifications.

  • As a result, returns are not accepted on boats once an order has been placed.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Cancellations

Order cancellations may be requested prior to delivery. Approval of any cancellation and potential refund is at the sole discretion of Power Boats and Tenders LLC and may be subject to:

  • Manufacturer policies

  • Work already completed

  • Restocking or administrative fees

Defective or Damaged Products

If a boat is delivered with verified manufacturer defects or shipping damage:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • We will work directly with the manufacturer to resolve the issue under the applicable warranty

Accessories & Parts

Returns on accessories or parts (if applicable) must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • Requested within 14 days of delivery

Return approval is required prior to sending any items back.
